Anyone have experience with this site ? I just bought a smartwatch from them for £217 usual price £349 I USED MY CREDIT CARD VIA PAL PAL , i was told im safe if i use paypal anyone bought from them and have i got a good deal or have i been scammed.

They are definitely a scam company. That’s why their products are so cheap. I bought an Olympus tough camera. The pixels were blown on the screen but I thought it was a grid system. I see the camera horse riding but the screen got worse. I sent it back and because it has scratches on the case they are saying my warranty is voided. The scratches have nothing to do with the pixels blown. They are demanding £80 and won’t return it. Avoid them like the plague.

Aviod at all costs.  They remove any reviews on thier website that they do not like.  Hong Kong based despite UK website and name to trick us.  Item never arrived for my sons christmas present.  A few emails later they blamed suppliers and promised a refund.  Refund never arrived and they stopped answering all my emails.  Surely Paypal and Creidt card companies can blacklist companies like these when they are clearly defruading people?

I have been waiting since my item said dispatched on 13th November for my airpods. They replied to say the item is stuck at customs, I’m loosing hope that they will ever arrive. I have raised a dispute to PayPal as I paid with PayPal Credit.

i recently ordered a Xiaomi Mi 9t Pro (Glacier Blue 128gb and 6gb ram) on the 18/1/20 and it seems to be going smoothly they didnt have stock atm but they said theyll restock on the 22/1/20 which i thought fair enough. then they sent me an email saying that my phone has been packaged and will be shipped soon. till now, i think its a legit company. ill keep you guys posted.

UPDATE:

i recieved my phone on the 28/1/20. it wouldve came on the 27th but it was a public holiday. my phone came in 1 week and it works perfectly. 100% authentic xiaomi mi 9t pro. overall, tobydeal's customer service is just bs but their products are genuine. i dont think ill every buy things that are over $200 from toby deals again though.

Bought a Motorola Moto G8 Power phone from them on the 7th of April, 2020, clearly listed as in stock. No tracking for a couple of a week, at which point I start emailing them. An answer arrives after several days, stating that due to "popular demand", the item is out of stock. No ETA. Asked for one a week ago, and no answer for days now. The phone should have arrived by now according to their 7-10 day time frame at checkout. Today I gave them 24 hours to respond to my email, or I will be opening a Paypal dispute. I don't know if they ever intended to send it but this behavior is unacceptable. Will update once something has cleared up.

After reading all of the reviews I was hesitant to place my order which totaled $600. Having it go through PayPal made me feel a bit more comfortable so I ordered. I placed my order 11 days ago and my item arrived today. It is brand new. It powers on. So no problems there. It does take a while for them to process the order before it ships. But I received emails every step of the way. I really have no complaints. I hope this helps.

I ordered a smart watch on 9th May. After 5 working days, I still had not received a tracking number, so emailed them. Shortly afterwards, I received an email with the tracking number. However, the item didn't leave the warehouse until the 21st may. Now it just seems to get a BS update every night.  The following is the updates I've received. I'm none the wiser as to where my parcel is??? 

I've used TD twice before with no issues, but this time I'm not so sure.

Ordered an Apple Watch series 5 and a robot hoover The hoover arrive a month later as they were “out of stock” however it showed available online before, during and after the order as well. When the order arrived a month later it was missing the watch. I have paid the insurance as well for the delivery so I thought it would be resolved in a matter of days... WRONG I have emailed as soon as the hoover arrived and they replied with a one liner saying we Will look into it, nothing about “ we do apologise for the inconvenience we know you have waited a month and you have paid an insurance on the item so we will send a replacement ASAP “ no nothing. Sent another email 2 days later... no reply... another 2 days later... guess what no reply Went to my bank and they have contacted them but guess what 2 weeks in the enquiry and still no word from TOBBYDEALS This company is a sham, non existent customer service DO NOT ORDER you are better off paying a bit more but getting your products on time and get proper customer service if things go wrong
