Dear Paypal Community!
Here is my story, maybe somebody can give me some advice based on similar cases from the past.
I have been hijacked by a scammer.
I ordered 2 products from tgaurib.com at 2020/04/28. I only got an automatic e-mail, from them. The site continues says that my order is in "Processing" state and It didn't want to change. I ask about this (send a message to the seller) in the site, but I didn't get an answer.
Since 2020/05/04 the site can't be reached. Later I wrote 2 e-mails to the seller from 2 different e-mail address (one that the e-mail address I made the order from). I only got an answer to that address that wash unknown for the seller, and it was a nothing just a template mail:
"Dear Sir/Madam,
Thanks for contacting us and sorry for keeping you waiting.
Please be kindly noted that we failed to find your transaction details on our system.
Could you please provide us more information on your order, such as the payment number looks like MBF#### , so that we can check the status of your order further.
Sorry for your inconvenience.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Have a nice day.
Best regards,
Customer Service Support"
If you search this e-mail (for example the "MBF####") in google you can find the same e-mails in the paypal forum in topics that related to scammer sites. For example in this page:

I found the seller's e-mail addresses on several sites that says they are scammers, one of them is this forum:

On 2020/05/04 I asked Paypal to help me with this case, and when for 2 days the seller still didn't answer me via Paypal I decided to leave it to Paypal to solve this case. At 2020/05/13 I got an update, that the seller "shipped" something for me with a tracking number. The tgaurib.com still can't be reached, but when I ordered the products the site said that it is a company from Switzerland, but the "package" that shipped for me is from China, just like in the scammer topics. It's nothing else just wasting time by the seller. All signs point that i have been hijacked, and if there is a way I would like my money back, I think it's fully unnecessary to wait 1-2-3 months for the "order" which has a tracking number now, but will never arrive. Or if it will be arrive, it couldn't be what I paid for, because I ordered from a website from Europe. Can somebody help me what I can do more? I'm afraid that that seller gains time with this move that "sent" a fake package, and I will lose my money (or is it already lost?)
I still didn't get a relevant answer from the seller for my several messages! Still I can't contact with the seller!
Please, help me to refund my money! I would like to buy a present and I don't want to lose my money because of a scammer!
Thanks for your help in advance!
Greetings!
