My pay-pal account has been temporarily limited. They are asking for photo id and proof of address. What will happen if i do not resolve these issues? will my card stay on pay-pal forever? Will my account me closed-if so when. Thanks.
Paypal would keep your account limited, you wouldn't be allowed to close it, this is to prevent you being tempted to use your card and open another paypal account.
