Did you file a dispute with PayPal if they close your claim for the merchant then file with the federal trade commission a claim then contact PayPal that you have filed a claim. You will hear from PayPal then If enough people filed claims and complaints with the federal trade commission they would do something. Believe me PayPal is in on it with these scammers because no matter what PayPal gets their money from us and they made money from the seller so it’s a win win for PayPal it’s all a scam
