Hello
I got mail saying funds received ,along with I also got this message ,I am willing to add any additional information but it doesnt show which info ,it shows zero transactions in resolution centre. can anyone please help
Before we can deposit the funds into your account, we need a bit more information about your account or recent transactions. To provide that, just log in to your account, and go to your account overview. Select the More menu, then choose the link that takes you to our Resolution Centre. Please provide the missing information by 6 August 2021, or the funds will be returned to the sender. |

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
- Cant find partial refund. Seller sent me one and I cant find it on the site or resolution center. in Payments Archives
- Claim denied by Paypal resolution in Disputes and Limitations Archives
- uk financial ombudsman in My Account Archives
- The date of my dispute resolution keeps being pushed back, is this normal? in Disputes and Limitations Archives
- Funds haven't been released yet, resolution center can't open a case on it in My Money Archives
