Hi,
I received an email apparently from Paypal in a claim case, asking me to go to Resolution Center and click on the Resolve button and then choose if I want to continue with the claim or not.
I did so but there is no such a button in there.
Does anyone have an idea what is this about?
Many thanks in advance

I'm having the same issue. I am trying to close a dispute because I have been refunded and the button is missing. I even tried a different web browser because I use a Linux system and once in awhile I have run into that on Firefox, but it is also the same on Chrome. So annoying. I hope they fix it soon.
