ACCOUNT LIMITATION

HELLO
I'm having issue with my account and i was told to submit some info in which i did  but i could not provide the last one because i had no idea of what they are talking about and i was told to solve the issue on one account in which i don't the owner not to talk of having access to the account.
 
Although i had a former account but its different from the one i was told to solve issues on, though the account was closed down due to some issues and that was why i opened a new one but now am really confused please i will be happy if you can assist me and get my account working back perfectly.

@HARVEY7891 Your best bet is to contact customer services. Click help/contact bottom of paypal pages for options available for your country.
