I'm curious to know if anyone had managed to receive a human response to a dispute and how this was achieved. I've been shocked at the robotic replies that fail to answer a simple question.

@DC999 Disputes are mainly automated. If you want to talk to customer services click help/contact bottom of every paypal page and scroll down past the FAQ and use the call us option.
