"Paypal" transactions on my bank account which did not come from my PayPal account

How do I report fraudulent PayPal activity resulting in money being taken from my bank account?

I have a number of "Paypal" transactions on my bank account which did not come from my PayPal account.

Report it to your bank as suspicious and they will contact PayPal in the course of their inquiries.
