I'VE REPEATEDLY TRIED TO GET MY REFUND BUT KEPT GETTING AN ERROR MESSAGE THAT STATED MY REQUEST COULD NOT GO THROUGH.  THEN I TRIED THE CHAT WHICH WAS USELESS ALSO.  I THEN TRIED CALLING AND THAT WAS USELESS ALSO.  I JUST FEEL I'M GETTING THE RUN AROUND.  WHY IS IT SO DIFFICULT TO CANCEL AN ORDER TO GET MY REFUND BACK?  WHY IS PAY PAL AND EBAY SO DIFFICULT TO FILE A DISPUTE?  I'M BEGINNING TO HATE PAY  PAL BECAUSE CONTACTING THEM IS LIKE AN ACT OF CONGRESS!  WHY DON'T THEY HAVE LIVE AGENTS TO HELP CUSTOMERS?
