I opened a case this morning, but it was already reviewed and closed. I don't think they understood the problem we are facing. We made a purchase yesterday from a fraudulent website. They sure did their work, as they were able to process our payment through paypal. We since discovered that it was a fraudulent website. We cannot confirm our order with the link they sent in the email. We tried contacting the 800 phone number and it is not in service. I tried contacting them through email and it says not deliverable. We looked this company online and there are red flags that it is not legit! What can we do to recover our money. I am certain we will not receive the item. They never sent us a tracking number either. Please help. Have any of you encountered this problem and what did you do to recover your loss. It was over $1400

you should visit our Resolution Center. We’ve developed several programs to help protect you, and opening a dispute is the first step to help get your problem resolved. Here’s how:
- Go to the Resolution Center.
- Click Report a Problem.
- Select the transaction you want to dispute.
- Click Continue.
- Select either I didn't receive an item I purchased or the item I received was significantly not as described or I want to report unauthorized activity, depending on the nature of your dispute.
- Click Continue.
- Follow the instructions to file your dispute.

Thank You, but I did this this morning and they said because I authorized the transaction from the website that the charges were authorized and they declined my refund and closed my case. When I spoke to Paypal this morning they said they would contact the merchant to give us 7 days to post a tracking number or they would proceed with a refund. This was not done. I just am not sure what to do. I have another call into paypal. It's also frustrating that I cannot physically talk with someone at paypal, but have to go through messenger! I am so frustrated and feel taken!!!

if suuport say 7 days for refund or tracking number . you must wait buddy to 7 days is done to refund or tracking number

Wow! That wasn't very nice!! I was just trying to reach out to the Paypal community to see if anyone else has had this problem and what they did to fix it. I have reached out to Paypal and they have reopened my case and have been very helpful at directing me how to take care of this. And I would not expect Paypal to ignore quarantine orders to solve my problems!! I was scammed out of money from a company that doesn't exist and have recently discovered others that have as well!! Have a great day!
