hi, i brought some beats solo 3, three - four days ago and received the item today, however it was different and i actually received beats studio 2, which is an older version and much cheaper. i opened a case saying the item it was different but now it doesnt show up anywhere in the resolution centre and if i text with the messaging robot the only case he lets me see from the last 60 days is another one where i got scammed from ebay.
