Paypal has just temporarily limited my account and as part of a couple of resolutions I have to provide them is tracking number which I do not have and I do not know what to do for I provide coaching services online and I ask payment in return ,so without a doubt I cannot provide tracking numbers or shipping invoices to some random accounts that they asking me to be fulfilled.I would be very pleased if someone can enlighten me with this.
