I put a claim in because i never received my item. this was on may 4. so now the seller is requesting to return the item so i am able to get my refund. problem is i haven't received anything. and i stated over and over on my notes that i have not received my item. so theirs no way i am able to return. please help me i just want my money back from this scammer. they never provided a tracking number so that just proof that it never got shipped out.
