my account is temporary limited and i try to go upload documents and cant!!

I received an email from paypal asking me to submit some documents proving my husbands identity because i used his atm card(which i added on my paypal a while back and have primarily used my husbands atm card to make online purchases thru paypal) to send money to a family member in need yesturday! When i login to my pay account i will get a notification pop up, which i click on "Resolve Account Issue" & this is what happens: for hours now its still loading!!! yes i have messaged paypal, ive messaged the paypal virtual robot which that messenger is still open as we speak!
