211k+ USD Removed or Transfer to PayPal with out any notice or my permission ???

Hello

After 6 months of holding period finish, PayPal removed 211k+ USD from our account and now our account balance 0$. Is this a mistake or any kind of error? How can i get it back? Does anyone have a similar experience ? what we need to do next ?

I send few email to paypal but so far no response and also their phone support closed because of COVID-19.

Please suggest or help us about this issue !

I don't understand what kind of damage we made to PayPal? We didn't make any damages.
