I have been trying in vein for the past 2 weeks to resolve the limitation on my account. I submitted the right documents back in 2013 and since then it says "submitted" and it doesn't give the option to re-upload them again.
After numerous chats with PayPal, they sent me a link from where i could upload the documents at, and again nothing has happened. I waited 72 hours, another 72 hours and now another 72 hours has just gone, yet, i am still unable to transfer my funds to my bank account due to limitation.
Terrible customer service with automated messages. Even at their facebook page it is bloody automated messages
