i think i may off just got scammed but now i dont what to do

just made a purchase on this website and then after never got a confirmation of purchase. so i looked more in depth and it looks like this website is a scam as the email company using apparently is as i did a quick google search. now im stuck with a pending payment  and i dont know how to cancel or get any help as i cant dispute it while its pending this is the website i used. if anyone knows what i can do id apreciate the help

Hi I ordered at wisorkgoods.com. I have the same feelings that you have about this site. I will give them a few days of grace. 

In the case it´s a scam, can I have my money back?

As @sharpiemarker mentioned, it's possible to submit a dispute to PayPal when payment shows as completed. You can refer to the link to see if it helps.

Yes this website is indeed a scam site, it steals images of other people's products, my own included, lists them for sale, allows transactions to take place and never sends the items, I have seen zero positive reviews about this site, all the same problems as your own, I should think the PayPal account associated with the website should be brought to the attention of PayPal
