Limitation due to add same debit card on two accounts

I put the same debit card on two different accounts, and now both accounts are limited and I can’t remove the debit card off either. What should I do?

Hi @Sarmpinheiro,

I'm sorry to hear about the limitation. Financial credentials such as cards may not be removed from a limited account. If you have a limited account, you are not permitted to use the PayPal system, even as a guest. 

If there are steps to resolve the limitation in the Resolution Center, please complete those steps to allow review of your appeal of the limitation.
