I bought a New (other) from a seller on eBay and he sent me a New item by mistake, apparently there's a difference between the two? He keeps invoicing me for the difference after telling me it was his fault he sent New by mistake.
I can't dispute it but I have saved the messages where he says he sent the wrong item by mistake, then wanted me to send it back and pay for shipping. I'm like what? Why should I pay for his mistake?

Just ignore him, if he wants the item back again, he can send you a shipping label for the return and refund.
