in june my account was blocked paypal sent messages stating they needed to verify my identity. I uploaded passport, the issue was solved, i can access my account but cannot withdraw the funds or make payments. No one replies to the emails or there is an automatic message from Paypal saying that i have no pending issues . It's impossible to call to the support number, no answer. What should i do? it's been 6 months!
