hey so on my old paypal some guy refunded the money from a item i sold him and this was a one time thing so i forgot about and didnt use paypal for a long time. When i got back after a few months my account was on mins 20 euro and my account got closed since. What i want is to link my bank to a new paypal but i cant cause it says my bank is linked to many acounts alread, and i dont have acsess to my old paypal
