account limitations

They asked me to upload a bank statement but the documents that I uploaded weren't approved and they asked to upload another one. The problem now that i can't upload it because there isn't a choice to delete the old one and upload the new one. When i click on the upload button nothings happened. What i could do to solve this problem ?

You can upload the document we have requested here.

They will then be attached to your account and can be reviewed.
