account limitation and resolution center case (NOT WORKING)

I have an account limitation on my PayPal account however I am unable to attach my documentation because of this circular loading symbol. How am I supposed to do anything if I can't access this feature! When adding the tracking number in the resolution center for a returned parcel, its states 'error occurred' which makes no sense. I have until the 27th otherwise I will not receive my refund which is funny as I have returned the parcel, I have the receipt with the tracking number, but I'm not able to attach this to the case SMH!!! In addition, there is no one we can call to sort this out, blaming it on covid-19, it shouldn't be a problem to have customer services working from home! THIS IS A DISGRACE.

Let's regain some perspective here. Can't have this highly sensitive stuff being worked from employees' home. Sorry, not going to happen. Nor as a user would I want that.

Please try refreshing the page, using a different device; restart your internet connection even as bad, weak, unstable signals can interfere with processing or wait a few hours and try again.
