I sent all the necessary information to PayPal. But my account still remains blocked. PayPal sent an e-mail message that I was unblocked, but my account blocked.
Is it not letting you do transactions at all? Perhaps give your account a few days to a week rest and check back.

I can understand wanting to figure out what could be happening and get it resolved. @sharpiemarker is right that sometimes there can be a delay after an issue is resolved on your account.
