My account access is temporarily limited and I tried everything to contact paypal but there is no response. Is there an email where I can contact paypal directly?

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

I already do it and upload the documents they want from my business... but again until now I am waiting for the reply .  I have done everything just to get their attention.  My deadline is january 19.

I don't know why Paypal is not answering regarding my account concern.  I have tried everything on my power to contact them.  I exactly follow your guide I also reach them on Facebook and Twitter .  They answered they only tell that they will bring the concern to the said department or concern.  But until now I haven't receive any reply from them.  The deadline they gave to me is January 19, 2019  it will be so unfair if they will just banned or close my account.  I have more than $10,000 on my paypal account.  I don't want to think that this is there way of getting money from a client like me. But I am still hopeful that they will get in touch with me. Looking forward for the help of this community.

I too am waiting for a response from PayPal about my temporarily limited account. I forgot to uploaded my Id when I really started using my account again (I've been a long token PayPal customer and only have 289$ in my account) 24-72 hour they said for a response and it's been two weeks.. I email I call, nothing. They haven the reviewed my ID yet and I need to pay my phone bill and rent. My family and friends helped me out this past month with money issues and now PayPal is holding it and not telling me why. Please respond to any of my many emails!
