PayPal doesn't respond to any messages any where!

So my case is that I recently started using my PayPal again but to have my family and some friend send money as they can only do it through PayPal and all was good but I forgot to verify my I'd, so I did that. I wanted to transfer my money to my verified bank and I got a 72 hr notice which was okay until I logged in the next day and my account was temporarily limited. They want invoices and purchase receipts but they aren't purchases they are gifts.. my sister and I are starting a hula hoop business next summer and we wanted to use the 280$ we got from our family to put towards that.. and even providing all the information I have yet to even have them review my case. It's been 2 weeks and no emails.. no lift of limit. How do I get them to solve this before they limit it more because they haven't reviewed it... so confused and just want an answer . 37 emails , 8 tweets and many years later no reply. Help. ... I too am waiting for a response from PayPal about my temporarily limited account. I forgot to uploaded my Id when I really started using my account again (I've been a long token PayPal customer and only have 289$ in my account) 24-72 hour they said for a response and it's been two weeks.. I email I call, nothing. They haven the reviewed my ID yet and I need to pay my phone bill and rent. My family and friends helped me out this past month with money issues and now PayPal is holding it and not telling me why. Please respond to any of my many emails! ... View more
