Your account access is temporarily limited

I have been trying to order a surface studio 2 aio computer from microsoft, after spending 4 hours on their phone line yesterday as they could not process my order with my european card, I transferred the required funds on to my paypal account and now my account access is temporarily limited, I was told by the reps that if I did not complete my order by the end of today, I would not receive my computer in time for my return flight, the support number is offline, please help! 😞

I have gone through the re-verification process on the site, but it says that it will be processed within 2-3 business days, that is obviously no go, what can I do?
