I recently got asked to prove who I am by sending off some information i.e. passport photograph because my account was on limitation. all information I sent off as being checked in ok but I still got a limit on my account on the basis that they want me to send them information to prove delivery but it doesn't tell me where I meant to send the proof of this delivery I've got royal mail special delivery tracking number and the items been delivered but the email that sent me asking for this information there's nothing to send it back to it so my account is still limited any ideas?
