Your account access is permanently limited

Hello,

 

I'm in the process of creating an online shop, and I linked it to PayPal, the website isn't running yet, but I made a test transaction to see how it would work with my personal account (1 Swiss franc).

 

Today I wake up and both the accounts have been permanently limited. The new account I created for my shop, and my personal account that I've been using for years... I've tried calling but they just hang up on me, and can't talk with anyone that can help me.

 

What can I do since this is the way I was planning on getting paid through the online shop once it's done? Also it's quite inconvenient to not be able to use my personal PayPal any more...
