Your Payment is waiting

I've been trying to withdraw funds from Fiverr for a few days but I keep getting an email saying "Your payment is waiting". The email tells me that they need a bit more information about my account or recent transactions. It also tells me to login to my account and head to the resolution center and my funds would be deposited thereafter. I've done this a few times but still no success. What do I do? Some help would be appreciated. Thanks.
