iam from india yesterday i receive a mail from paypal , saying that i have received a 10 dollar from perks.com but the problem is the payment is waiting paypal says,before we can deposit the funds into your account, we need a bit more information about your account or recent transactions. to provide that, just log in to your account, and go to your account overview. select the more menu, then choose the link that takes you to our resolution centre
kindly help me i dont want to waste my 10 dollar gift card i want to receive my payments iam having individual personal account . since i opened individual i have been not asked for kyc pan confirmation so i have not done it yet so is this error has something to do with KYC completion if so then will i receive my payments after kyc completion
