Account limitations

Hi, I have an account limitation and you are asking me to upload ID, provide purchase receipt, transaction activity etc. I have no purchase history on paypal and i have only goten one payment. How can i show my purchase receipts if I haven’t bought anything?

I think they mean a purchase receipt for the item you later sold.

When our Specialists request a purchase receipt, this is in reference to the item you sold, for example, the receipt you received when you initially bought the item or the invoice provided by your supplier.
