Xoom Transaction gone missing???

I sent money from my PayPal account to my own bank account via Xoom after being directed to it from PayPal.

 

The money left my account two weeks ago and is listed as a transaction complete on my Xoom account.

 

The money isn't in my bank account and my bank has no record of any transaction complete or pending from Xoom.

 

I've contacted Xoom many times now in the past two weeks and they've done nothing - other than telling me to wait.

 

Two weeks and no sign of it - I sent the money from me... to me... after direction from PayPal.

 

Does anyone know how to get help to sort this out? PayPal doesn't want to know. Xoom seemingly don't care.

 

Feels like theft.
