Who to contact to resolve a matter with the resolution team!!!

A week ago I was granted a refund from the resolution team due to unauthorised payments coming out of my account, one payment went back into my account but the rest hasn’t, so who do I contact to put this matter through, when the resolution team are saying it’s resolved meaning I can’t put in another report message to then and I can’t find any email and contact numbers need help
