Hiii paypal team I'm received a payment of $28.57 by redbubble on 14 October but I'm not able to get this money in my paypal account. In last couple of days I'm receiving some email by paypal on this email they were saying that my paypal account in active limited because I'm not 18 years old but I'm near 19 years old and I'm receiving one more email in yesterday and they are saying that on I'm 18 years old and I'm able to create a new paypal account but I need my $28.57 money, so tell me what should I do. I need my money in couple of days.
