I deferred money from my bank to PayPal. It took 4 days. I went to PayPal.me to pay a friend. A notice came up saying limitations on my account. It said I had to take two actions. That an email was sent to my email on record. Got no email. All my info is correct in my account. It's time sensitive. Can somebody pls help. Paypal has only put me on hold.
