What to file dispute under?

Hi 

I've already filed a dispute on this one but I don't know if I filed it correctly. 

I have an ongoing dispute with British airways about a refund that they claimed they gave me for cancelled flights but this hasn't been received on my Paypal so I had to dispute it as they're saying that their system has refunded the money in full and this was 2 weeks ago as per their 24-hour cancellation policy. They kept referring me to Paypal and saying it wasn't their problem so I opened the dispute under item not as described but I think I may have got this wrong, I don't know. 

Can anyone tell me what I should do in this case? any advice would be great.
