Paypal closed my account a while ago,it was limited for 180days, today after more than 8 months of waiting, I am unable to transfer my money on my Mastercard debit card, I cant even use My prepaid VISA card which works on other paypal. Any suggestions ehat to do?
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
