In general, an account can be limited for multiple reasons such as, for example, comply with regulatory requirements, to ensure we’re in compliance with your state’s regulations or if the activity on the account is considered at a high risk.
If your account is limited, you should be able to see in your Resolution Centre some steps to complete to solve the issue. Once you have provided all the requested information, the relevant team will review what you submitted within 72 hours and update you via email.
