Want the steps to remove the limitations from my account

On 13 april 2020 my account got limited and till then i am finding the way to remove these limitations

in the  resolution centre  it shows that i will need to provide paypal with some detailed  informations but i am ready to submit all kind of informations but i dont know where do i have to submit them 

iam really in need of using this paypal please help me resolve it so that i can get my paypalback as soon as possible

There should be a link in the resolution centre for you to upload information but if not you can

Put as much info as possible...any reference numbers/case IDs.
