I am not able to receive payments at all. It's said "you can no longer accept payment with PayPal.
At PayPal, we value a safe community for our customers to do business. We noticed activity in your account that's inconsistent with our User Agreement and therefore can no longer offer you PayPal services.

My account is limited and I can't accept payment. I had already confirmed my bank account. I am not able to remove that account also.
