We have been trying to send PAYPAL the information required for approx. 10 weeks now... PAYPAL keeps on directing us to our page to upload the documents, but the page states that the documents are already loaded. We have tried to call PAYPAL and we are always asked to hold, transferred and then cut off, or that PAYPAL will call back - if they do, we are then transferred and cut off. We have tried every email address for PAYPAL that we have access to and we are getting no where. Does anyone have a solution or a suggestion to resolve this?
