Hi need some help please i bought a item and it arrives damaged contacted the seller and he accused me of breaking it so i opened a case to try and get my money back he has now sent me message with threats in it how do i forward the messages on to paypal as i carnt find anywhere to update my case it just says awaiting sellers response ive tryed messageing paypal but had no reply in 48hours thanks
