Unhelpful resolution centre

Hi bought 2 of the same item but both arrived and different. Shoddy material and inferior quality. Resolution centre requires I return items using tracking but that costs almost as much as what I paid. So really no resolution. No facility in resolution centre to advise them of this. Can't be the only one who experienced this. Anyone considered contacting the OMBUDSMAN or TRADING STANDARDS

If you don't like items and PayPal allows you to return because not as described, yes, you will have to return items to get a refund. This is not a new idea. Similar idea buying from brick and mortar stores. Sign up for PayPal Return Shipping reimbursement. Covers up to €30.

It's not that I'm not happy with item's it's that there inferior shoddy quality unwearable and to return would cost as much as items so pointless. Would have thought PayPal would consider trading standards and recognise scams. I am well aware of return policy not silly. Usually stores want to accommodate customers not scam them
