Unauthorized Charges results in limitation

So back in June I had some unauthorized activity on my account funded via debit card. They bought bitcoin, sold it, and sent it out or attempted to send it out. But they also had access to the debit card at the time . PayPal says that they WERE authorized and it was not covered . Well I get an email on July 8 after being told they have the same pattern as my other charges. Keep in mind this is the first of this nature on my account as there is only a couple transactions prior and none involving bitcoin . So the email(s) on July 8 tell me I’m receiving a refund for those charges i disputed. Still haven’t received a refund as of today. Here’s the kicker . When I called this past Sunday the agent started a dispute for one of the payments sent to someone that I guess I overlooked . Guess what? PayPal refunds me the money and says it was unauthorized. This is all in the middle of all of these other payments they say WERE authorized. This has now caused me to have a account limitation and kicked off of PayPal and now I can’t access the refund issued today, just find it kind of ironic that they won’t give me my money back on the charges coming from my debit card but will from PayPal balance. Something isn’t right and I want my money back
