please i need to close my account to re-open another one because limitation

i try but told me there is a problem in my account i try to remove my visa card too but no results

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

i have the same exact issue, while this fool @kernowlass  is acting like no one knows how to contact paypal but him,

ffs we know how to contact this stupid company, but they removed that option for us!

Charming aren't you, I can only give you ALL the contact options that I know of.

If you can't use some or all of them then that is an issue for you and nothing I or anyone else on this forum can do about it.
