Unathorized payment closed investigation and buyer cant be contacted

9 days ago my account was apperantly hacked and someone used $49.99 from my card to buy services from Roblox. I've never had a Roblox account and the company won't receive my complaint through email. Paypal has closed my dispute and categorized it as a closed, and that no unathorized activity was detected. I'm extremely disappointed to have had my account used by some stranger and have had 50$ stolen from me. Roblox won't let me submit a claim without an account and Paypal support seems to be a dead end, please help.

Hello I got same issue, someone has gone onto my account and sent money from may paypal to another paypal account.

I noticed it 2 days later and informed my bank to cancel any money coming out of my bank and I also contacted paypal to make a dispute.  They read my case and closed it and now demanding me to add money into paypal. The amount is £500 which is alot. I want to make a complaint how do i do so as i cant respond to their reply in the resolution page.
