Unacceptable Closed Case

Earlier today i sent a report, of an unauthorized purchase made to my account for $50. (I by no means authorized this purchase) you then closed the case, this is absolutely not acceptable. With a little research it will show that it was made in Florida. (I live in Missouri) Someone who i thought was a friend, gathered my information from unknown methods and claimed to have accidentally made the purchase. Please have someone with more experience reopen and review my case.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
