Unable to receive funds

I recently started using my account again after a period of inactivity. I found out that the account had limitations, for which Paypal asked me to verify a card and a bank. I supplied all the info needed and soon the limitations disappeared after 2 days. However whenever someone tries sending me money, the transaction cannot go through. They get an error message that the account is inactive. Yet from my side I am able to pay trough Paypal. I am however unable to also deposit funds into my Paypal account. The option to add funds is not even present.

What could be the issue?

Additionally Paypal is super hard to contact. It's only through call. No messaging. That makes it almost impossible to contact them because for those of us living outside America calling would be very expensive

Hi @Luke4444

I'm sorry to hear of the trouble.

If the limitation was removed, you shouldn't have any issues receiving payments.

You will only have the option to add money to a PayPal balance using a bank. Have you linked and confirmed a bank on your account?

I hope this information helps!

Thanks,
